Thank you for your interest in our Community Clothing Swap! This event provides families with free access to gently used and new clothing, shoes, and baby essentials. To reserve your spot, please complete the registration form below. Only the top section is required, but filling out the entire form helps us better understand community needs and ensure we have the right resources available.

Note: While Being The Village is a program designed to serve and uplift Black mothers specifically, all community members are welcome to contribute to and attend the Swap + Shop.

Participant Agreement + Acknowledgments

🛍️ Caring for Your Items All items at the Community Clothing Swap are gently used and provided as-is. While we do our best to ensure quality, we recommend washing clothing and sanitizing baby gear before use. By participating in this event, you acknowledge that the organizers are not responsible for the condition or safety of any items received.

📸 Photo Release By participating in this event, I grant Being The Village permission to capture and use photos or videos of me and/or my children for promotional materials, including social media, websites, and future event marketing. If I prefer not to be photographed, I understand I can notify event staff upon arrival.

⚖️ Liability Waiver I understand that participation in the Clothing Swap is voluntary, and I release Being The Village, its staff, and volunteers from any liability related to injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur at the event.

❤️ Health & Safety Acknowledgment I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health and safety while attending this event. If I am feeling unwell, I will refrain from attending in consideration of others.
